Amy has helped us enjoy many fun trips to Disney World over the years; but this was our first Norwegian Cruise. When I started looking at all the
fine-print and choices with cruises I just broke out in a cold-sweat. Then luckily, I remembered that Amy could help us with this cruise now too! Once I contacted her and she started us off by asking all the right questions, my jitters went away and we had smooth sailing (pun intended) from then on!
One of the best things about Amy is she is a great communicator. Her response time is incredible and if she does decide to sleep or eat or something frivolous like that, :0) , she gets right back to you. Plus of course you have the great 3D Travel team as your backup as well.
She helped us choose a room with a large ocean view window. It was especially nice on the day we were at Glacier Bay National Park. We got up to a delicious room service breakfast and stayed in our pajamas, in bed, while we enjoyed the fabulous view. No juggling for a spot on deck in the cold morning wind. Then, around noon when everyone else was going in for lunch, we threw on our coats and spent a couple hours on a practically deserted deck. It had warmed up some by then and we had the best time! The picture I enclose is from this day. The blue-ice glaciers were the highlight of the trip.
I am always amazed at Amy's organization skills and sense of humor. She is a joy and a pleasure to work with and I am so glad I met her. Here's to many more terrific trips in the future together...
