Well, for the second year in a row, my family was able to enjoy the magic of WDW, which was, AGAIN, perfectly arranged by Amy!! Once again, all suggestions made by Amy ended up being just what we needed and loved. Dining was handled PERFECTLY. She is super prompt and professional. Even though Hurricane Matthew disrupted our plans a few days early, we thoroughly enjoyed the days we had and even got to meet Amy in person at WDW! She went above and beyond to help us out with having to shorten our trip, and even worked on our behalf to recoup some of the loss. With additional trips in our future, I will absolutely 100% use Amy every single time, and recommend to her to anyone who wants someone to guide, advise, and help them plan as well! A+ for Amy from The Louallen family.
