I have been to Universal and Disney World many times. This time Jill did all the planning, and it was fabulous! She made reservations, got discounts as they became available, and made sure I was prepared for the “new” Genie+ and Lightening Lanes. I felt ready for using the new system before I went, and sure enough, just as Jill said, once you do it you will become a pro in no time. I have already booked my next trip with Jill, and I’ll be booking more trips in the near future! It was simple and seamless.
