Holly was our 3D agent, and she was absolutely AMAZING! Due to the Pandemic, our trip got pushed back (and then back some more!) Holly worked with us for months, helping us to change our plans and find things that would work best for our family. She helped us get the dining reservations we wanted, she helped us get the parks we wanted, she helped find us discounts on the extra side trip we made to universal, and she always found time to make us feel that we were her most important clients. She helped us to navigate the new genie plus system along with learning to use the app. She also encouraged us to try the new Skyliner system, even though we thought we were afraid of heights (she definitely was right--the Skyliner is awesome!) Holly truly went above and beyond to make our trip a great experience. She is not only knowledgeable about the various vacation destinations, but she is also very personable and truly seems to care about making each trip a one of kind experience. I very highly would recommend her to anybody who is considering a trip. Thank you so much Holly for helping us to create family memories for a lifetime.
