Joy Plans A Secret Vacation

I worked with another agency for a trip in Fall of 2023. It did not go well. A friend of mine however worked with Joy for a trip shortly after mine. We shared our TA experiences and how vastly different they were. My husband and I desperately needed a getaway this fall to relax and recover from a crazy summer. I remembered hearing about Joy and reached out to her. She was night and day to our terribly disappointing experience last year. She was quick to respond to questions and provided clear and accurate information specific to our Secrets Resort. Shortly, before our departure see sent out Tipping Guidelines and packing for the trip information. All things I never received from my last TA. Our vacation went on without a hitch.
