What an experience! What a success our first cruise was!
My family has used Robin for multiple Disney trips, both World and Land. When we were ready to try our first cruise, I didn't consider anyone else or doing it myself... I knew Robin would take care of us.
Robin offered guidance every step of the way - suggestions for a trip that fit our kids / school friendly schedule, extended family accommodations, hotel and transportation before and after as well as general tips for what to expect during our adventure. When one of our family members couldn't make it, Robin worked with the cruise line to adjust our accommodations and get our refund processed. All very seamless!
Peace of mind about the planning means that I can enjoy the trip knowing I won't have to worry about any logistics! We're totally cruise people now!
