Our family had the pleasure of using Julia for our first Disney World trip! She was fantastic!
We used the Disney dining plan, lightning lane passes and park hopper plus! She fully explained how each extra perk worked, broke down the cost via email and was always available for questions over the phone. I also liked having the convenience of paying over time, instead of having to make one big payment.
As far as the trip was concerned, we rarely had anything to worry about because Julia helped us plan out each and every day without having to stress over what to do or where to go. She advised me to purchase magic bands for all of our family members, which I did (my wife and I have 3 kids, aged 8,7 and 4). The ability to sign into the parks and lightning lane entrances with the magic bands was such a breeze!
If I had any questions while I was at DW, Julia was available and always answered via text or email to address any of my concerns. She also helped me plan out each day with the lightning lane passes, and I think the longest we waited for a ride was 15-20 minutes when using lightning lane! We rode over 50 rides in just 5 park days! Which was definitely on our bucket list to ride as many rides as possible!
All in all, this trip would not have been truly magical if it wasn't for Julia. She's a miracle worker and so responsive. We will definitely be using her again in the future! Thanks for everything and helping us create magical memories to last a lifetime!!!
