Julia was great to work with throughout the entire 6..maybe 8 (?) month planning process! We had kind of a complicated travel schedule, but Julia listened to exactly what we needed/wanted and recommended the best fit for us - which was great! I also really liked how she kept an eye on deals after we initially booked that probably saved us $800-$1,000. I was very impressed with her attentiveness and quick response to emails and text messages before our Disney adventure started - but especially while we were there! I know we weren't her only clients, but she sure made it feel that way! I almost felt guilty messaging her a couple times for help knowing there was a time zone difference and surely she had others things going on, but she was always right on top of it and so helpful! I'm honestly a "planner" and am usually pretty good at things like this on my own, but I would never do this again without Julia! Just being able to call on her experience and the experience her other clients were having recently at the parks was invaluable - especially during the pandemic, as things seemed to change weekly. Overall, 5-Stars and would definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Disney! Oh, and the Care Package was super sweet, as well. Very nice touch!
