Ann Goodman is amazing! She originally booked our anniversary group on a cruise. The cruise line decided to change the itinerary that we (our group) didn't want any part of. Ann worked to get that canceled and refunded. Our group was not the easiest to work with. Ann sent us a few options. Our decision making went on and on. We finally decided to go to Punta Cana. Ann's knowledge of the best place to stay was spot on. The Secrets resort was amazing. Thank you Ann for making our anniversary celebration the best it could be!
