Join Our Team: Step Two
This is the second of five steps to apply for 3D Travel, and we have provided detailed information to help you determine if we are the adventure you’ve been waiting for. If you have any questions after reading through everything, or if you've begun the process and feel stuck or confused, you can contact us.
Technology and communication are a big part of what you will do from your home office, and we can’t wait to get to know you!
You're going to:
- Create a simple (amateur) video using the guidelines below.
- Upload it to YouTube making it "unlisted" (not private and not public)
- You will keep the link to include with the application you submit in Step Three.
Use the following prompts:
- What can you tell us about yourself, your family, your hobbies, etc.?
- What is your greatest vacation memory or vacation adventure?
- What is something unique about you?
- What led you to apply with 3D Travel?
- Why do you want to be a 3D Travel Specialist?
- What you plan to enjoy and experience as a 3D Travel Specialist?
This is your first chance to sell yourself, but don't worry! We don't expect you to be great at this - just willing. It's more important to be teachable.
Important:
- Keep the video under 5 minutes
- Answer your questions naturally and share your personality with us in the best way you know how.
- You can use any camera you wish. What we're concerned about is learning about you, not your equipment.
How To Choose Your First Specialty
Where will you begin? Every advisor chooses one of two doors to begin their journey as a 3D Travel Specialist. You may begin as a Theme Park Specialist or a Cruise Line Specialist, broadening your areas of expertise, if and when you choose to do so.Some of our most successful advisors stay in a specific niche. Others sell the world! Your choice can vary depending on what you know and love, what you discover, and what your clients request.

Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Hollywood, Disney Cruise Line, Legoland, and SeaWorld are the top vacation destinations in the world, and you will sell them as a Theme Park Specialist. Many of our advisors have Disney as their first love. Is this you? Then this is the best fit for your first step. 3D Travel was amongst the first to be an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner (Earmarked) with Walt Disney Travel Company when their program debuted over a decade ago and one of the first U-Preferred Agencies with Universal just a few years ago.
Cruising has never been bigger or better. Whether you love the ICONic vessels at sea in the caribbean or the intimate ships navigating Europe, you will love learning and sharing with your clients. Multiple members of our team also serve as Distinctive Voyages hosts, and we have access to both hosted and amenity programs where you can provide your clients with benefits above and beyond those available when they book direct.
