From the initial planning phases of our trip, Joy made the process simple and easy. She consistently provided us updates for over a year, letting us know about upcoming promotions, important dates, required documents, and even providing us onboard credit! Planning a vacation can always be stressful for a large group but Joy did the hard work for us. Her communication and guidance allowed us to travel worry free!

This was to be a special and important trip for us, and it turned out to be everything we had hoped. Joy helped us select the type of trip that would be just right for us, and then stayed with us throughout the entire process, before and even during the trip. When an unexpected illness during our trip threatened our travels, Joy remained in contact and offered her support. As it turned out, we hardly missed out on a thing!

There was an additional portion of our trip that we decided to plan on our own. While we still built some wonderful memories during that time, we would probably have avoided some "speed bumps" had we used a professional travel advisor for that portion, as well.

Bottom line - we are 100% satisfied and would recommend Joy to anyone wishing to plan their dream vacation!

For several reasons, this was a very important trip for us. We are so glad that Joy, our 3D Advisor, was on our side. She assisted us in selecting and planning our trip, and even assisted us during the trip when we hit a couple of "speed bumps" along the way.

We used Joy to plan part of our trip, and decided to plan the other part on our own. Our experience during the portion of the trip that we had planned on our own taught us the value of a travel advisor. While we still enjoyed our time, things would have gone much more smoothly had we used her for everything.

Danube River Cruise (October 2023)

This was the second trip we’ve booked with Joy, but surely not the last! She made our 15th anniversary trip a dream come true. She helped us find the perfect Sandals resort that truly fit our style as a couple. Then, she helped us pick the perfect room at our resort that was the cherry on top! This was our first stay with Sandals and she was always available every step of the way to answer any of our questions. She even sent us the cutest personalized cups for our trip! She communicated all of our preferences with our butler beforehand. Once we arrived at the resort it was smooth sailing and we were totally spoiled! Can’t wait to do it again!
