I cannot say enough good things about Kim Deviese. I can, however, say that I will never book a Disney trip without Kim again. I tend to send messages during "after hours" and she was always quick to respond. We manage multiple allergies so I requested extra care in cleaning the rooms. Before our trip, Kim made sure that all was to be in order and even double checked with the facility (all was perfect upon arrival). Kim helped us navigate park schedules, locations for the best fireworks view, food choices, and so much more. Kim was there every step of the way. I gladly recommend Kim to anyone that mentions Disney because to me, Kim is quality!!
