Kim planned the perfect family vacation for me and my kiddos. She has planned all of my cruises for last 6 years. I don't have to tell her what room I want she just knows what I like and does it. My room was really close to the elevator and located mid-ship. She made our dining time early so we had an amazing time and view since we were by a window. I always recommend Kim when my friends ask who I use and she does a great job for them also, as they always come back to tell me thank you for the suggestion.
