I can NOT say enough good things about Kim. I’ve used her for years as my agent and each time has been spectacular. She makes booking trips and getting info seem easy. Whether she’s emailing me, calling me or Marco Polo-omg me, she is always 100% professional and on TOP of her game. I never have to worry about a thing once my reservation and plans are in her hands.
