I discovered Kim when booking a Disney Vacation. I have appreciated each time that we have planned a trip ~ the attention to detail that she puts into the planning. The checking, the changing, the double-checking. I have never met Kim personally, but anytime ~ anyone mentions a trip to Disney, I mention Kim.
