Disney 2011 was so MAGICAL, we are doing it again in 2012!
Kim helped us plan our 2011 Disney Family Vacation. She was super! Her Disney expertise shined. The tips she gave us were great. Even though we have been to Disney many times before, we wouldn't have been able to fit everything in without her help. Anytime someone had a question, she was there to answer it. Anytime we weren't sure on something, she was there to explain and give us options.
After the initial planning, we had changes and more changes. Then it turned out that some of our family members wouldn't be able to make the trip afterall. We felt so bad that we were having Kim rework things more than once, but she did it graciously. She is a true Disney professional.
Thanks to Kim, our vacation was wonderful (and, of course, magical) we are doing it again this year.
