kim is so personable!

kim is so personable! Kim was very helpful! we have been to Disney several times and i have always planned our trips!

 what i liked about having kim as a travel agent was that she was so personable and ANYTIME i had a question or concern, i could email her and she would always email me back or if i called her, she would always answer or call back asap. i loved being able get in touch with her if i needed anything and not having to worrying with all the automated calling at disney! thanks kim :)
