Kim handled the reservations for our recent family Disney cruise. She made sure everything was set up as requested as far as rooms and dining arrangements. 

She was available to answer our many questions and always responded in a timely manner. When asked for her opinion as to shore excursions, she gave many helpful suggestions. She was professional and yet like a good friend as well. Thanks for helping our Dream to come true!
