Kim has planned two Disney vacations for our family now, and she is the absolute best!
She is a wealth of knowledge whether you are new to the Disney Parks or a seasoned veteran. She returns requests for help or information almost immediately. She will go many extra miles to try and make sure you get what you want from your vacation and very patiently answer every question or explore every concern no matter how big or small. I can't recommend Kim enough! She will be our go to gal for Disney vacations until she decides to hang up her hat, which I hope is not soon!
