The patience of Job

Kim is one of the most patient people I know. Every time I book with her I call and change things at least a hundred times. She always returns my calls fast and never get fustrated with me. She makes my vacations so easy. I call and tell her what I am thinking and she takes care of it. One time Disney was installing new system (LILO) we arrived on the night it started, Kim handled everything so fast, I was able to go and relax while she handled everything. She is also knows her way around, where to eat , where to go. We consider Kim one of the family.
