We absolutely love Wendy. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us who had never been to Disney world before and had lots of questions. She was always reachable and helped us stay in our budget. There was one time in particular when I had accidentally double booked us for dinner reservations and she called us ahead of time, clarified which dinner we wanted, cancelled the other reservations and managed it all for us so we wouldn't need to mess with it, all the day of the reservation! She's wonderful!
